In recent years Systema has provided consultancy services from the feasibility stage of a project right through to successful completion. However, there have also been occasions when we have advised that in our opinion the anticipated costs would outweigh the perceived benefits of some developments.

Several clients have retained our services to develop bespoke software solutions and we do this to agreed budgets and timescales. We provide an optional full support package which can include out of hours support.
We have also managed large scale migration of data and systems onto new hosted services and included a fully managed solution.

Application Development

Our principle development skills are in C#.NET and PowerBuilder using Microsoft SQL Server for the database.
All development starts at the feasibility stage before we move on to a detailed specification and agree all costs. As the project proceeds, we use Microsoft Team Foundation Server to manage the development and Agile methodology.

In addition, we have extensive experience of designing, delivering, documenting, deploying and supporting IT applications and are on hand to implement, train and then support on an ongoing basis as required.

Travel Management

This is a fast-moving industry where implementations can be required quickly. We have assisted numerous clients to install new systems, migrate existing systems, and developed new functionality to gain new business, usually with very tight deadlines.
Support must be immediate and is completed to agreed SLAs.

Care Homes

Implementation is a major challenge as care staff work under many pressures and any implementation plan must accommodate the fact that staff are often unavailable or need to depart to deal with other issues. Despite these issues, we have successfully implemented hundreds of care home systems.
We provide outstanding support to our care home clients who inevitably need help outside normal office hours and at weekends.

Hosting and High-Security Hosting

Our travel clients have the option to use the TravelPower system on a hosted basis and we currently use 1&1Internet Ltd for this service, although other providers can be used. We include totally transparent costs including all relevant licenses (such as Microsoft RDP and SQL server if applicable) and a full backup service, which can form part of your disaster recovery procedure. The system is guaranteed 99.8% available.

In addition to the above, we have partnered with Hytec Security Systems to provide HSCIC approved Logical Connection Architecture (LCA) services. We also use highly secure access methods for support and two-factor authentication for all support users. We can save you a lot of time and money if you need a highly secure hosting service.
